Canterbury Cure Silver Label is crafted from farm-raised Atlantic salmon from Patagonia, Chile, selected for its consistent quality, clean flavor, and beautiful fat content. Each 2–4 lb fillet is dry-cured and slowly smoked to create a classic, approachable smoked salmon with broad appeal.

The flavor is clean, savory, and gently smoky, with a firm, satisfying bite and a bright, balanced salinity that makes it endlessly versatile.
